  • Τα παραπάνω κόστη εγγραφής περιλαμβάνουν 24% ΦΠΑ
  • Για την επιβεβαίωση της εγγραφής απαιτείται πλήρης εξόφληση
  • Η εγγραφή στο Συνέδριο περιλαμβάνει:
    i. Είσοδο στον εκθεσιακό χώρο & παρακολούθηση συνεδριάσεων
    ii. Πιστοποιητικό παρακολούθησης
    iii. Διαλείμματα καφέ και γεύμα σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα του Συνεδρίου
  • Θα υπάρξουν ειδικές τιμές για μαζικές εγγραφές. Παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε με την γραμματεία
  • Υπάρχει περιορισμένος αριθμός εγγραφών για φοιτητές

Any changes to billing information that may occur after the registration form has been submitted are subject to an administration fee of 15 euros.

Notes:

  • The above registration costs include 24% VAT
  • The registration fees for participants include:
    i. Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition
    ii. Certificate of attendance
    iii. Coffee breaks & Lunch
  • Registration Full payment of the registration fee is required prior to the Meeting 
  • There will be special rates for bulk registrations, please contact ERA Ltd
  • There is a limited number of students' registrations 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • In case of cancellation, the registration cost is non refundable
