All hotels in Greece are required to implement this environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Environmental Tax).

  • Full refund for cancellation requests received until 15 Sep 2025 / Επιστροφή όλου του ποσού για ακυρώσεις που θα γίνουν πριν τις 15 Σεπ 2025
  • For cancellation requests received on and after 15 Sep 2025, no refund will be given / Δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα επιστροφής χρημάτων σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης από τις 15 Σεπ 2025 και μετά
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference / Όλες οι επιστροφές χρημάτων θα γίνουν μετά την ολοκλήρωση του συνεδρίου
