• Registration deadline is determined by the Payment Date, NOT the registration date.
• For Early Registration, please complete your payment by 20 Dec, 2025 (Athens Time); payments made after this deadline will be subject to the regular registration rate.
• For payment via credit card, please ensure that your payment is completed within 24 hours of registration. Failure to do so will result in automatic closure of your account, and you will need to create a new account to register again.

• Your company VAT number and passport information (in case you need an invitation letter) will be needed during the registration process, please keep them handy.

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions, as IAPCO 2026 does not provide coverage for individual booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.

IAPCO 2026 will provide public liability insurance for specific activities only. If you are unable to provide your passport copy and personal information but still wish to participate in these activities, you must acknowledge and agree to waive travel insurance coverage and release the organizers from any liabilities.
