  • INFORMATION:
    • The registration fee for Senior, Student and Industry registration types includes: admission to the scientific program, conference material, lunches-dinners according to the program, welcome cocktail.
    • Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: coffee breaks, lunches-dinners according to the program, welcome cocktail.
    • The hotel fee is not included.
    • A separate online registration is required for each participant
    • Payment is usually made by credit card or by bank transfer. If you choose payment by bank transfer,  a proforma invoice with bank information is sent separately by e-mail.

  • Kindly make sure you reserve your accommodation in due time as the blocked rooms are limited and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Breakfast is included in room prices.
  • Prices do not include the accommodation environmental tax ( €15,00 per night for 5 star hotels | €10,00 per night for 4 star hotels  ).
Cancellation & Payment Terms:
  • Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to congress secretariat: info@era.gr 
  • Full refund for cancellation requests received until 30 May 2026
  • For cancellation requests received on and after 1 June 2026, no refund will be given
  • Any outstanding payment should be settled by June 1st, 2026. Not settled reservations will be cancelled without any further warning
  • All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference
  • In case of early departure, for any reason, full charge is applicable
